Performance Marketing Head

Location: San Francisco
Employment Type: Contract

Specific Duties/Responsibilities         

  • Own & Manage the Marketing Plan for driving growth in demand or supply acquisitions in key categories

  • Ideate and Run experiments using SEM, Email or any other acquisition channel to continuously improve the ROI/CAC for the business

  • Collaborate with agencies and other internal functions in executing all digital media strategies

  • Ensure strict adherence to the budget pre-sanctioned with the management team and support Finance/Accounts with proper budgeting/accounting of all expenses

  • Drive a daily/weekly/monthly review of all key metrics that impact the business and take necessary action to support the business or company goals for any month/quarter/year.

  • Mentor and inspire the team to do their best at all times and keep them aligned towards company/brand’s objectives and overall vision

  • Support the management team, operations and customer support in delivering the best possible user experience for both learners and tutors using all channels and resources available.

Skills/Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute Marketing Campaigns through Google, Facebook, Microsoft Ads or other similar Advertising Platforms

  • Experience in using Analytical Tools to prepare a performance audit report and propose/implement changes to improve the ROI of Paid Marketing Campaigns

  • Ability to draw insights from data and make recommendations backed by relevant data to create new growth opportunities

  • Ability to understand consumer behavior and translate that into an effective strategy for achieving business growth or delivering better consumer experience

  • Ability to work with other functions – particularly product, sales and customer support to help the company deliver a best-in-class consumer experience at all touchpoints across their journey on UrbanPro.

Education/Other Pre-Requisites

  • Graduate (Preferred: B.Tech, BE, BSc or MBA)

  • Preferably someone with a certification in Digital Marketing Specializations from reputed institutes or colleges
