Content Manager

Business Unit: Marketing
Reporting to: Head of  Marketing

Specific Duties/Responsibilities  

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • To manage growth in Traffic and Conversions coming from top User Generated Content Projects such as - Community Q&A, Expert Articles, Webinars etc

  • Prepare a 10X Growth Roadmap and build, nurture and guide the UGC Content team to achieve the goals defined in the roadmap

  • Analyze and present data and reports that give a clear view of ROI on all content efforts being put in by the team - across key verticals or categories

  • Should have led content-oriented projects successfully in the past

  • Should have a good track record in setting targets or milestones and helping the team achieve those targets.

Skills/Experience Requirements

To be successful, you should have

 

  • Experience in driving awareness growing the user base through Content and Community initiatives

  • Broad knowledge of web content development, digital publishing, email and social media best practices

  • Strong communication skills, a flair for writing and a good sense of humor!

  • Conduct competitive analysis regularly and identify areas for differentiation

  • Experience of 3-5 years in managing content or community forums

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Education/Other Pre-Requisites

BE/BTech/MTech/MBA/MASCOM/ M.A (English Literature)
